Our Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; we spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of GÇ£Carpenter Gothic,GÇ¥ the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies. WeGÇÖve included shingles and clapboard siding to fully capture the look of that GÇ£little house by the side of the roadGÇ¥ for your trip down memory lane. NOTE: Assembly required.
